?
Fat freezing, also known as cryolipolysis, is a non-surgical treatment that uses controlled cooling to permanently destroy stubborn fat cells. Fine Form uses the advanced UltimatePro system to safely target fat pockets in areas like the abdomen, thighs, arms, and flanks — with no needles, surgery, or downtime.
How does it work?
The UltimatePro device uses suction and controlled cooling to bring fat cells to a temperature that causes apoptosis (cell death) without damaging surrounding tissue. Over the following weeks, the body flushes out the destroyed cells through the lymphatic system. Most clients require 1–3 sessions per area for visible results.
Who is a good candidate?
Fat freezing is ideal for healthy individuals close to their goal weight who struggle with localised fat deposits that don’t respond to diet or exercise. It’s not suitable as a full-body weight loss treatment.
Pre-Procedure Preparations
No major prep is needed. Avoid anti-inflammatories and alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Hydration helps support post-treatment lymphatic drainage.
Aftercare & Recovery
Mild numbness, redness, or tenderness in the treated area may last a few days. You can resume daily activities immediately. Drink water and gently massage the area to support fat elimination. Visible results appear within 4–12 weeks.
